Dedicated engineers for your backlog
You describe the task, and we send a written team plan: named team members with CVs, what we'll ship in the first sprint, and the monthly cost. Free, in 3–5 days, before any contract. Next comes a trial sprint for $3,900, two weeks on a real task with a fixed scope, and then monthly work: a dedicated engineer from $5,900/month with code review, CI/CD and tests, or a team of three with a hands-on team lead from $15,900/month. A full-time mid-level developer typically costs $10,000/month or more with taxes and takes another 1–3 months to find. Our engineers join the project in 1–2 weeks and work in your repository from day one.
Proof, not a list of technologies. The founders built an ERP/FSM platform for a US field service company as part of the client's product team: 9 months of iterations, a new module in production every 3 weeks, 500+ service requests a day, and the client's revenue tripled. The system has been in production since 2019, and the same people still run it. ERP and B2B portal modernization for an auto parts distributor: a catalog of 500,000+ items, 1C (a popular ERP and accounting platform in Eastern Europe) connected via REST API, 70% of orders moved online. MarchTracker is our own task tracker with sprints, kanban and time tracking, and it's where you'll see every task and every hour of our team.
When something else fits better. If you need SLA on-call and uptime rather than hands in sprints, that's software support from $2,900/month. If you need decisions and architecture and have your own hands, that's CTO as a Service from $3,900/month. For a one-time diagnosis, there's IT consulting. If one person a couple of evenings a week is enough, a freelancer will do, and we'll tell you so in the free review. When hiring in-house pays off and how to pick a vendor, we cover in our article on choosing a development partner. All price ranges are on the pricing page.
