From a free demo to a full product, one step at a time

You can start from $1,900 with a single task. After that, we work in 2–4 week stages: you pay for the result of each one, not for the promise of a big project.

The demo and the quote are free, before any contract or prepayment

How you pay: in 2–4 week stages

No full amount upfront and no surprise extras along the way

1

A brief, free

A 30-minute call: we go through the task, name a price range and suggest a demo scenario. No money changes hands at this step.

2

Demo and fixed quote, before prepayment

In 3–5 days we build a working demo, and within 24 hours of the call we send a quote broken down by stage. It goes into the contract as is.

3

Stages of 2–4 weeks

Each stage is a separate payment for a specific result. The next stage doesn't start until you've accepted the previous one.

4

Launch and 3 months of warranty

The code lives in your repository from day one. After launch you get warranty support, then a support plan if you want one, from $2,900/month.

On every project: a fixed quote within 24 hours of the call, weekly demos, the code rights are yours, and 3 months of warranty support after launch. For comparison: an in-house developer costs from $10,000/month with taxes and benefits, and you still have to hire one.

Pricing questions

Can I pay in stages instead of the full amount upfront?

Yes, that's how we always work. The project is split into 2–4 week stages, and each stage is a separate payment for a specific result that you accept. The next stage doesn't start until the previous one is accepted. No paying for the whole project in advance.

Why do prices range from $1,900 to six figures?

Because it's a ladder, not a single price. From $1,900: a chatbot; from $2,000: a website or landing page; from $3,900: an automation or AI agent pilot; from $9,900: the MVP core of an app or CRM; from $14,900: an ERP module or a marketplace. We always suggest starting with a small stage, so you pay for the first measurable result.

Why are you cheaper than an agency but pricier than a freelancer?

We're a studio run by two engineer co-founders, with no office, sales department or account managers, so you don't pay for layers. We also use AI tooling every day (Claude Code and our own agent library), which makes routine code several times faster, and that's reflected in our prices. Unlike a freelancer, you get a contract with a fixed quote, a warranty and a team that won't vanish mid-project.

How accurate are the "from" prices on this page?

They are the real lower bounds of our quotes. The exact price depends on scope: after a short call we send a fixed quote broken down by stage within 24 hours. It goes into the contract, and there are no surprise extras along the way.

Can I get something done on a small budget?

Yes, that's what the ladder is for. A chatbot from $1,900, a website from $2,000 or an automation pilot from $3,900 solves one specific pain and pays back quickly. If we see that a task won't pay off, we say so and suggest a cheaper route, right down to an off-the-shelf product.

Which is cheaper: an off-the-shelf product or custom development?

Over one year, an off-the-shelf SaaS product is almost always cheaper. Over three years or more, custom development usually wins: no per-seat fees, features that fit your process exactly, and the system stays your asset. On a call we will tell you honestly which side your task falls on.
