When it matters

Situations where we help

If you recognize even one, we can be useful

01

Your bookkeeper spends 3 hours a day copying Excel into accounting

A manager copy-pastes data from the CRM into the ERP, an operations clerk builds 50 delivery notes by hand. A system does this in seconds: after we automated this link for the distributor SHATE-M, order processing got 55% faster.

02

Requests live in WhatsApp, email and a notebook, and get lost

A customer writes in the evening and buys from whoever answers first. A manager moves requests over by hand, some never reach the accounting system, and nobody knows how much money was lost along the way.

03

The CEO report takes 2 days to pull from 3 systems

Sales in HubSpot, inventory in Excel, accounting in QuickBooks. By lunchtime the numbers disagree, and decisions get made on yesterday's figures. Out-of-sync data can cost up to 15% of revenue.

Let's estimate the budget for your task

Features and benefits

Concrete results we deliver for you

01

AI processes documents without people

AI reads invoices, delivery notes and contracts, pulls out the data and enters it into your systems. Accuracy improves every week as the model learns from your documents.

02

Workflows that run themselves

A visual workflow builder with conditions, parallel branches and automatic escalations. A task moves to the next person the moment the previous one closes it.

03

Overdue tasks and escalations go straight to Telegram

A deadline is coming up: the assignee gets a reminder. A task is overdue: the manager hears about it first. Via Telegram, Slack, email or your team chat.

04

A dashboard of process bottlenecks

A performance dashboard for every process: cycle time, bottlenecks, KPIs per employee. You fix what actually slows the business down, not what merely looks like a problem.

05

QuickBooks, HubSpot, Salesforce, SAP: all connected

Your accounting system, CRM, SAP and bank sync data automatically. One source of truth instead of manual reconciliation and duplicate records.

06

AI forecasts demand and risks ahead of time

AI analyzes your history and forecasts demand, workload and the risk of delays. You make the call in advance instead of reacting after the fact.

Process

How we work

A transparent process with clear stages and deliverables

1
Stage 1

A map of processes and losses in 1–2 weeks

You get the full picture: which processes you have, how many hours they take, what that costs in dollars and where the biggest losses are.

2
Stage 2

ROI calculated before work starts

You get a target process model and concrete numbers: what to automate first, what the payback period is and what results to expect at 3 and 6 months.

3
Stage 3

The first process, with no downtime

We start with the process that has the highest ROI and connect it to your current systems step by step. The business keeps running, and you see results right away.

4
Stage 4

Launch, training and fine-tuning

We train your staff, tune the AI models on your data, collect feedback and ship quick fixes in the first weeks after launch.

Where to start with automation

We start with a process map, not code: on a 30-minute call we find the 3–5 areas where automation will pay off fastest. Most often that's handling incoming requests, moving data between systems and putting reports together. A pilot on one process costs from $3,900, and you can estimate the effect upfront with the automation ROI calculator. What it looks like in practice: at the distributor SHATE-M, nobody retypes orders into 1C (a popular ERP and accounting platform in Eastern Europe) anymore, and the errors went away together with the manual entry. On the ProControl production floor, the system records 100% of output without manual input.

If the routine is about talking to customers, a chatbot or an AI agent can take over part of it. In our AI sales analytics case, the system reviews calls and messages on its own, so the head of sales no longer checks them by hand. Full price ranges for every service are on the development pricing page.

ERP modernization and a B2B portal for an auto parts distributor

Auto parts and distribution

Experience from our CTO's portfolio: ERP modernization and the launch of a B2B portal for a large auto parts distributor with a catalog of 500,000+ items. 1C (a popular ERP and accounting platform in Eastern Europe) connected via REST API, search by VIN and cross-reference numbers through TecDoc, dealer accounts with personal pricing. The project was completed before March Code was founded.

500K+catalog items with VIN search
into 1Corders arrive with no manual entry

«Dealers stopped calling managers to ask whether something is in stock: they see the stock in the portal themselves. An order takes minutes and goes into 1C without anyone retyping it. Within a year, 70% of our total turnover went through the portal, and that changed how our sales department works.»

«This team built a platform that holds up under 3x business growth. The dispatcher sees every crew in real time and billing runs on its own, so we no longer close the month two weeks late. The team really got the specifics of field service in the US.»

Translation and localization

How to use cloud AI models legally on documents with passports, court records and medical data: personal data is replaced with masks on the client's own server, only anonymized text goes to the cloud, and a second AI model checks every machine translation, while a human stays accountable for quality.
