March Code

Terms of Use

Effective from 10 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of march-code.tech (the “Site”), operated by March Code (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. They cover the Site only: any project we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement.

The full legal name, registration details and registered address of the operating company are being finalized and will be published on this page shortly.

2. Information, prices and estimates

The Site describes our services, case studies and approach. We keep it accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation.

Prices on the Site and the results of our calculators are indicative and are not a binding offer. The price, scope and timeline of a project are fixed only in a quote and a contract that we both sign.

3. Intellectual property

The texts, design, graphics, video and code of the Site belong to us or are used with permission. You may read, link to and quote short passages with a link to the source. Copying the Site or its content in bulk, or reusing it commercially, requires our written permission. Names and trademarks of our clients belong to their owners and are shown with their consent or as a factual reference to our work.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • try to break into, overload or disrupt the Site or its servers;
  • scrape the Site in a way that harms its availability;
  • send us unlawful content, malware or spam through any contact channel;
  • impersonate another person or company when contacting us.

5. Links to other websites

The Site links to third-party services such as Telegram. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

6. Liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or from decisions made solely on the basis of its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, including your rights as a consumer.

7. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy and Cookie Policy.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the effective date at the top shows the current version. The governing law will be specified here together with the operator’s legal details.
