Every parent has seen a child freeze in front of the screen and say, "I want to be in the cartoon." Personalized-story services in the US and Europe make books and static videos, but a real cartoon, with a plot, a voiceover and the child's face on screen, until recently cost as much as hiring an animation studio and took weeks.
We set ourselves a product bar: a parent uploads one photo and ten minutes later gets a Full HD cartoon with their child in the lead role, with the child's face in every scene and their name in the voiceover and on the final movie poster. Then came the harder part. The unit economics had to work at the price of a child's gift, not a studio production; the pipeline had to handle a steady stream of orders with no manual work; and payment had to come after the parent had already seen their hero.
MultiYa is the studio's own product and a showcase of how we build commercial AI products: a generative pipeline with quality control, economics for every generation, and an automated marketing loop.
